Ola Kuforiji RP
Ola (RP) provides individual and couples therapy to teenagers and adults via video and phone across Ontario.
My goal as a therapist is to offer clients ways to narrow the gap between their current and ideal selves. I see it as my responsibility to provide a space that is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and ultimately non-judgmental. In our time together, you can expect to expand the range of emotions you consciously experience and learn strategies to effectively express them.
I have over a decade of experience working in different areas of mental health – from programming in TDSB & TCDSB high schools (Learning Disabilities Association of Toronto District), to psychiatric research in major Toronto hospitals (CAMH, Sunnybrook, Toronto General) to facilitating Partner Assault Response (PAR) groups through the Regional Municipality of Durham. These experiences have helped inform my range as a therapist.
I lead with a person-centred style of therapy. This largely focuses on the relationship between the client and therapist, creating a safe space where one can freely express difficult thoughts, feelings – and at times things they have never said or considered before. Guided exploration allows clients to come to solutions from within that resonate with their personal values. I combine this style with techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy, brief-solution focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, I have experience working with a wide variety of clients on an even wider variety of therapeutic concerns. I have had the privilege to provide therapeutic services to: teenagers, parents, new immigrants, LGBTQ2S+ clients, couples and seniors. I have provided treatment to individuals with: anxiety disorders, mood disorders, body image concerns, attentional difficulties, personality disorders, histories of self-harm, histories of abuse (i.e., victims and perpetrators), PTSD, motor vehicle accidents, sexual identity concerns, sexual performance issues, infidelity issues, as well as job performance and satisfaction issues. Most recently, I provided culturally responsive and trauma-informed psychotherapy services to Black students (campus wide) as McMaster University’s first Black Student Wellness Counsellor.
In my spare time, when I am not trying to make my wife and son laugh, I am busy being a Pokémon master who is trying to find all the Dragon Balls. Or reading psychology books while listen to early 2000’s rap music.

I provide individual, couples and family therapy to children, youth and adults across Ontario. I have over 15 years of experience in hospital, school and crisis response settings.
I have treated a range of mental health challenges as well as parenting, family and relationship difficulties. I have also helped people overcome body focused repetitive behaviours (BFRB) including skin picking and hair pulling (trichotillomania). While being mindful of each client’s individual circumstances, I use an integrated approach to treatment; incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, neuroscience and mind-body awareness.
Life is full of challenging moments, but you don’t have to overcome them alone. I am passionate about helping children, youth and adults navigate life stressors by discovering their strengths and learning practical strategies to build their capacity to cope and make meaningful change.
We all have an innate need to feel heard and seen. It is my privilege to hold space for you without judgment to heal and grow. Collaboratively, we will work together to move you towards achieving your goal(s).

Dmitry Zabrodskiy (RP) provides individual and family therapy to children, youth and adults.
I take a holistic approach to helping clients achieve their goals by helping them create a healthy balance between mind and body. I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others, and will help you uncover the patterns of thoughts and behaviours that may be hindering your personal growth. Over the years, I have helped children, adults, families, and couples move towards a better future by building a trusting, caring and understanding relationship with my clients, and helping them replace unhelpful behaviours and beliefs with ones that make sense for them. Let me help you become the best version of yourself that you can be.
Before working as a psychotherapist, I spent years working with a veterinary agency where I helped hundreds of sick cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, and even a pet rat named Heidi, get better. When I am not at work helping my client’s achieve positive change, you can most likely find me outside enjoying the sun on a tennis court or on a bicycle trail.
